1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location and courier service.
Delivery timelines are estimated. External factors such as courier load, weather conditions, festival season, transport strikes or remote location delays are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Some orders may qualify for free shipping depending on ongoing offers.
4. Tracking Updates
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp / SMS / Email (based on courier availability).
5. Wrong / Incomplete Address
If an order returns due to incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.
6. Damaged or Tampered Parcel
If you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video and send us within 48 hours of delivery.
